Kristina M. Walsh

As Head of Strategic Development at Sandalwood Kristina focuses on creating value and driving sustainable growth across the family office ecosystem. With over 24 years of senior leadership experience, including more than a decade working closely with family offices, Kristina brings a deep understanding of strategic growth and long-term value creation.  Prior to Sandalwood, Kristina founded BBC Advisors LLC, and held several senior roles across advisory and financial services, including Co-Head of Consumer & Retail at Young America Capital, Head of Onboarding & Business Consulting at Cantor Fitzgerald, and Head of Investor Relations at Connecticut Capital Management, LLC. Throughout her career, Kristina has been dedicated to building trusted relationships and developing growth strategies. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Psychology, Kristina has served as an advisory and committee board member to several companies and organizations. Deeply committed to philanthropy and community, she also serves on the Young Life Committee in New Canaan, Connecticut.
